2. Our Services

We provide the following services:

  • Flight bookings: Sourcing and booking tickets through trusted travel partners

  • Visa assistance: Guiding applicants with documentation and submission; we are not responsible for visa decisions made by embassies

  • Hotel accommodation: Booking hotels based on client preferences and availability

  • Tour packages: Arranging customized or fixed travel itineraries in cooperation with local partners


3. Service Role and Disclaimer

We act as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, visa agents, tour operators, etc.). While we strive to ensure reliable service, we are not liable for decisions, errors, or delays by third parties, including:

  • Airlines changing/canceling flights

  • Embassies rejecting or delaying visa applications

  • Hotels changing reservations or amenities

  • Tour changes due to local conditions


4. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Prices are subject to change until payment is confirmed.

  • Full payment is typically required before booking is finalized.

  • For flights and hotels: bookings are subject to provider terms and availability.

  • For visa services: fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

  • For tours: deposits may be non-refundable; cancellation policies depend on the tour operator.


5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility depends on the terms of the airline, hotel, or tour provider.

  • Our service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for refund delays by third parties.


6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Review travel and visa requirements before booking

  • Ensure your passport and documents are valid for travel

  • Verify and approve all details before payment


7. Travel Insurance

We recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. This is not included unless explicitly arranged.

Most communication is conducted via WhatsApp and email. It is your responsibility to remain reachable until your booking is confirmed and completed.

  • Missed flights, denied visa entries, hotel overbookings, or changes to tours due to third-party actions

  • Indirect or consequential losses from travel disruptions
